Vi svelerò come curo la mia pelle del viso.
La nostra pelle, soprattutto quella del viso ha bisogno di molte cure e attenzioni, inoltre influisce sul suo "stato di salute" quello che mangiamo e beviamo, è importante bere molta acqua e mangiare frutta e verdura.

I will tell you my secrets about my facial skin.
Our skinn, especially the face needs lots of care and attention, we also have to take attention in what we eat and what we drink for her health, it's very important to drink a lot of water and to eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

Ma veniamo a noi, in generale per la cura del viso e del corpo utilizzo i prodotti BOTTEGA VERDE perchè oltre ad avere un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo NON TESTA SUGLI ANIMALI!

So, generally for facial skin care I use BOTTEGA VERDE products, because they have a good quality/price ratio and DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS!

- Mi strucco tutte le sere con molta cura utilizzando sia il latte detergente che il tonico, io uso LATTE DETERGENTE E TONICO ALLE MANDORLE DI BOTTEGA VERDE.

- I remove make up every evening with great care and using both the cleansing milk and the tonic, I use BOTTEGA VERDE ALMOND CLEANSING AND TONIC.

- Prima di truccarmi metto sempre della crema idratante, io utilizzo la CREMA VISO DA GIORNO AL TIGLIO E MIELE DI BOTTEGA VERDE.

- Before to make up my face, I always put moisturizer, I use theBOTTEGA VERDE LINDEN AND HONEY DAY FACE CREAM.

- Ogni tanto uso anche una crema da notte,ma non sempre, la pelle del viso va lasciate respirare di tanto in tanto.

- Sometimes I also use a night cream, but not aleays, the skin need to breathe from time to time.

- Utilizzo anche una spugnetta in silicone ( BROSSE EXFOLIANTE VISAGE ) della PEGGY SAGE, che utlizzate insieme al latte detergente funziona da esfoliante, IO LA ADORO! LASCIA LA PELLE MORBIDISSIMA!

- I also use a silicone sponge ( BROSSE EXFOLIANTE VISAGE ) by PEGGY SAGE, that work as exfoliating using with the cleanser, I LOVE IT! IT LEAVES MY SKIN SO SOFT!

- Tutte le mattine prima di ritruccarmi pulisco sempre il viso con il latte detergente e il tonico.

- Every morning before make up me I always clean my skin with cleansing milk and tonic.

- Una volta alla settimana faccio uno SCRUB o una MASCHERA PURIFICANTE, a me piacciono molto quella di BOTTEGA VERDE ALLA MELA VERDE ( scrub ), e quella PURIFICANTE ALL'ARGILLA.

- Once a week I make a CRUB or a PURIFYING MASK, I love so much the one BOTTEGA VERDE GREEN APPLE ( scrub ), and the one CLAY PURIFYING MASK.

BEHIND YOUR EYEGLASSES

Ciao Ragazze, è moltissimo che non scrivo, ma finalmente ho finito gli esami universitari e per rilassarmi ho deciso di prepararvi un tutorial e ho preso spunto da una delle vostre richieste di un paio di mesi fa... un make up per valorizzare lo sguardo per chi porta gli occhiali.

1. Stendete un primer per uniformare il colore della palpebra

2. Applicate un ombretto satinato beige che illuminerà lo sguardo dietro gli occhiali

3. Scurite di due o tre toni l'angolo esterno dell'occhio, potete usare ombretti color caffè ( come quello usato da me ), grigio scuro o nero

4. Disegnate la palpebra inferiore con una matita color panna o bianca se gli occhiali
tendono a rimpicciolire i vostri occhi ( come i miei da miope ) oppure con una matita nera se le lenti rendono i vostri occhi più grandi

5. Mettete tanto mascara e indossate i vostri occhiali!

Hi Girls, I have no been writing for a long timebut I was busy with my studies, now I finished them andto relax my self I decided to work about one of your request... that someone made about two months ago... a make up for girls who wear eyeglasses.

1. Roll out a primer to even out the color of the eyelid

2. Apply a beige satin eyeshadow that makes bright your eyes

3 Use a coffee-brown eyeshadow ( as I do ), dark grey or black eyeshadown to make darker the external corner of the eye

4. Deaw with a cream or white eyepencil the lower eyelid, if your eyeglasses make your eyes smaller ( like mine, myopic ) or use a black eyepencil if lenses make your eyes bigger

5. Put on lots of mascara and wear your eyeglasses!|

LET'S MAKE IT GOOD

Ciao Ragazze! Rieccoci per una mini lezione di trucco.

Oggi vi svelo un trucchetto per disegnare una linea di eye liner perfetta! Troppo spesso la riga appare storta e poco precisa, ma con questo metodo riuscirete a sembrare delle espert!

Disegante dei trattini appena sopra la linea delle ciglia con una matita nera o grigia
Utilizzando un eyeliner in gel oppure liquido seguite lentamente i trattini e tracciate piano la linea. Il trucco sta nel non tirare la palpebra, questo di solito altera la forma dell'occhio e rende la linea una volta rilasciata la palpebra finta e non adatta al vostro occhio.
Sta a voi decidere lo spessore della linea. Iniziate con una sottile, potrete poi farla più spessa. Senza esagerare.
Create una piccola codina al lato dell'occhio. Se può aiutarvi usate il metodo dello scotch vista nel mio ultimo post.
Con uan matita nera waterproof disehnate l'interno dell'occhio.
Abbondate di mascara.
Sistemate le sopracciglia riempiendole con l'ombretto del colore simile al colore delle vostre sopracciglia.

Abbiamo finito!
In meno di 15 minuti abbiamo ottenuto una linea precisa euno sguardo enfatizzato.

Hello Girls! We're back for a mini makeup lesson.
Today I will tell you a trick to draw a perfect line with the eyeliner! Too often, the line appears twisted and imprecise, but with this method you will be able to look like an expert!

Draw dashes just above the lash line with a black pencil or gray
Using a gel or liquid eye liner, following slowly dashes and draw up the line. The trick is not to pull the eyelid, this usually alters the shape of the eye and makes the line after being released from the eyelid and pretend not fit your eye.
. It’s up to you to decide the thickness of the line. Started with a thin line, you could make it ticker later. Do not overdo it.
Create a small tail to the side of the eye. If it helps you use the scotch method that you read in my last post.
With a black pencil waterproof draw the interior of the eye.
Lots of mascara
Arrange the filling eyebrows with eyeshadow similar to the color of your eyebrows.

We ended up! We take less than 15 minutes to make a precise line and to have an emphasized look.

Sembrerebbe che il sole abbia deciso di splendere e non sò voi,ma io quando ci sono queste belle giornate ne approfitto per fare delle camminate, soprattutto nel weeke-end avedno più tempo, poso farne di lunghe.

It seems the sun want to shiny and I don't know about you,but whit these beautiful days I love to go out for walks, mainly during the week-end when I have more time I can do long walks.

Ricordate: fare tutti i giorni una camminata a passo veloce di almeno mezz'ora aiuta atenersi in forma.

Remember:walking fast pitch at least for thirty minutes every day it helps to stay on shape.

Ci servirà un look versatile e facile da riprodurre che metta in risalto i nostri occhi.
Ricordate una delle regole più importanti del make up: SE PUNTATE L'ATTENZIONE SUGLI OCCHI LASCIATE LE LABBRA NUDE, SE INVECE OPTATE PER UN ROSSETTO IMPORTANTE MANTENETE GLI OCCHI NEUTRI, evitando così l'effetto mascherà.

Hey Girls! Here you are again for the make up meeting, for this weekend I thought about a faboulus night look to wear in a fashion haunts.
Remember one of the most important make up rulez: IF YOU FOCUS ON YOUR EYES LEAVE YOUR LIPS NAKED, INSTEAD IF YOU WEAR A STRONG LIPSTICK USE A NATURAL MAKE UP ON YOUR EYES, you will avoid the mask-effect.

Cominciamo... stendete sulla palpebra mobile un primer, io ho usato quello gel della Essence, applicate come da foto dello scotch a lato dell'occhio decidendone l'inclinatura.
Stendete un ombretto bianco shimmer nell'angolo interno dell'occhio e sfumatelo verso la prima metà dell'occhio. Con un ombretto nero mat delineate il lato esterno e portatevi verso la seconda metà della palpebra; sfumate i due colori con attenzione, portate il bianco verso il nero e mai l'opposto!

Let's start... apply on your eyelid a primer, I used the Essence gel primer, like in the picture below, apply some scotch beside yuor eyes and choice hot to tip it.
Apply a shimmer white eyeshadow into the inner corner of the eye and bring it till half eye. With a mat black eyeshadow outline the outerside of the eye and bring it till half of eyelid, blend the white eyeshadow till the black eyeshadow and never do the opposite!

Quando la sfumatura sarà omogenea, utilizzando un ombretto metallizzato o perlato, illuminate l'arcata sopraccigliare, io l'ho fatto con un ombretto verde metalizzato della palette MUA METALLIC EFFECT.

When the nuance will be smooth, use a metal or a perly eyeshadow to illuminate the eyebrow arch, I did it with a greend eyeshadow of MUA METALLIC EFFECT palette.

Completate con l'eyeliner sulla parte superiore seguendo l'inclinatura dello scotch e sulla rima inferiore con una matita nera waterproof.
Finite con una base e una sistemata alle sopracciglia!!
Ricordate che il miglior make up è il vostro sorriso.

Complete with the eyeliner following the hairline lashes and the scotch and with a black waterproof pencil on the lower lashes and the scotch.
Finish with a base and placed the eyebrows!!

here you are my first post on the Beauty page, this post was written by my friend Valentina, so it's up to her.

Come ogni anno Pantone decreta il colore dell’anno,il fortunato per il 2013 è l’ “Emerald 17-5641”, così ho tratto ispirazione da questo per un make up fresco e primaverile.

Like every year Pantone decrees the color of the year, the lucky one for the 2013 è l’ “Emerald 17-5641”, so I get inspired to for a fresh and spring make up.

Su una pelle perfettamente pulita e idratata applicate un primer occhi, io ho usato quello essence, ma ne va bene uno qualsiasi, così facendo uniformerete le discromie della palpebra rendendo più omogeneo il colore dell’ombretto.

On a perfectly clean and moisturized skin apply a primer on your eyes, I used the Essence primer, but you could use any one, so you will harmonize all the dyschromias of the eyelid making more uniform the eyeshadow color.

Applicate un ombretto verde mela mat sulla palpebra mobile,nella piega dell’occhio insistete con un ombretto verde dalla tonalità più scura…maggiore sarà il contrasto tra i due verdi, più intenso apparirà il make up. Sfumate i due ombretti con un pennello da sfumatura, come dico sempre io: non si sfuma mai abbastanza!!!

Apply an apple mat green eyeshadow on a eyelid, insist in the crease of the eyes with a darker green eyeshadow, more contrast there will be between the two green and the make up will be strong. Shade the two eyeshadow with a gradient brush , and I always say “ Never blend enough!”

Per dare intensità e profondità allo sguardo passate sull’attaccatura delle ciglia un ombretto petrolio, o grigio scuro, come preferite e fate lo stesso nelle ciglia inferiori. Mettete una Matita nera waterproof all’interno dell’occhio e una non dimenticate il mascara, il vostro migliore amico, che renderà lo sguardo più seducente.

To give more strength and depth to the eyes, past on the eyelashes hairline a grey or

petrol eyeshadow, and do the same with the lower eyelashes. Put a black waterproof eyepencil inside the eye and e don’t forget the mascara, your best friend, that it will make your look more charming.
